I am using cr1000 (OS 28.02) and tam unable to get any response via WEBAPI. I type in http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/?command=ClockCheck and I get nothing. I am however able to telnet into the device at the same IP address so I'm sure that is correct.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you
Make sure you have HTTP enabled on the network services tab in the datalogger settings.
You can type the command directly into the address bar of a web browser, and you should see a response.
http://192.168.66.1/?command=clockcheck
This is how it looks coming from my logger:
ClockCheck Response ClockCheck Response outcome1 time 2017-12-21 18:04:32.39 descriptionThe clock was checked
Yes, HTTP is enabled on the network services tab in the datalogger settings. Any other thoughts?
The IP address by itself should give you the default web page of the datalogger. If that doesn't work, port 80 is probably getting blocked.
If the default web page does work, you might need to update the OS on the logger to support the Clockcheck command. Try OS 31.08
