We just got our first CR300 and we are having trouble connecting to it using Loggernet Connect Screen. It will connect through Device Config, I've made sure Loggernet is up to date, the CR300 has the newest OS, and the pacbus address is correct. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?
We are using Windows 7 Pro laptop

Please make sure you update the OS to 7.0. I have two CR310 units and have had watchdog issues which I hope are fixed in OS 7.0. Previously I was running OS 6.01. I have one CR310 currently bench testing OS 7.0.
I'll give it try thanks. I had checked for updates , but not in a week or so. :)
OS 7.0 for CR3XX was released on 02/12/2018.
