Descharge CR3000

I have a problem with the Datalogger I want to know how I can discharge the CR3000 totally! I think it saturates because it does not want to communicate with the computer??

Not sure what "discharge" means, but sounds like you should send it a new OS:  https://www.campbellsci.com/downloads/cr3000-os
