0871LH1 Freezing Rain Sensor Hyperterminal data receiving issue

Hello. Using Hyperterminal to receive 24 bytes data from Freezing Rain Sensor. 

Using USB to Serial cable by FDTI Chips. 

Connected according to instruction manual.

Connection works, Hyperterminal software receives some data from sensor 1 time per second. 

But the translation is incorrect. Probably some adjustment of software is missed. 

Screenshon can be provided if needed.
