Problem 1
I created a program which all configured fine and i sent it to the logger and used the logger to collect data.
The next day i tried to open the logger and it says there was no program stored on the logger.
Can anyone help to explain this?
The internal battery is new so i dont think thats the problem.
Problem 2
on another CR1000 i created a program, sent it to the logger, and have been using it. Checked to see if the logger was storing the data and it all worked fine. I have now come to collect the data and i cant seem to collect it? it think there is no program and comes up with this error message

I can see the data is still on the logger so thats good, all is not lost, just not sure how i can access it now.
I have tried creating a new connection, with correct com port etc but not having any luck.
Any help appreciated.
What operating systems do each of the dataloggers have? Do you use RS232 or an internet connection with an NL115 on the CR1000's?
For the first datalogger, do you see watchdog errors in the status table? If so, look to see if there is a watchdog file.
For the 2nd logger, you could try connecting with Device Configuration tool. If you can connect, there is a Data Collection tab that has been added in the newer versions. You could also check Data Monitor Tab and look at the Status table again to see if there are any watchdog errors on it, and also look for a watchdog file.

I am using connection via MCSF RS232. Initially the project was working perfectly, but when connecting an arduino together with the battery of the CR1000, began to appear this error and I can not connect to the CR1000 through Device Config utility 2.17.
Does anyone know what the error may be?
