Problem with access to the most recent data using Konect

Hi,

Over the past few days my CR300 and modem have been operating normally with data being sent to Konect hourly with no errors reported when I look at the 'Datalogger and Systems Status'. However,  from about 20th April, the most recent data I can see in Konect is at least 3 hours old (i.e. if I wish to view data which has reported to have been transferred to 09:00 say, the most recent data I can see is 06:00). 

Any views views on how this can be fixed?
