Hi,
I accidently installed the USB drivers twice on one of my computers and now I cant seem to connect to the CR6 via USB anymore. Any ideas on how to fix this?
There should not be any problem running the driver install more than once.
Unplugging the CR6 from USB, restarting the computer, then plugging USB back in should reload the installed drivers.
If that doesn't work, use the Windows Device Manager to uninstall the driver. Then reinstall the driver.
Ok got it working again.
I installed the latest version of DCU and reinstalled the drivers and its back again :)

Oskar
If you recently installed version 7 or newer of the CR6 OS, the datalogger would have added a new USB service that allows the datalogger TCP stack to work over USB. This change necessitated a change to the USB drivers for the device (it had to enumerate as a composite device) which also affected the serial driver. This would explain why the newer version of the driver installed by devconfig fixed your problem.
