Make the wiring diagram for CR1000, AM/16/32, 4WPB100 and pt100 4 wires

Hello all,

I am discovering shortcut to make the wiring diagram for my system and there is some things I cannot understand :

  • Does the 108 Temperature Probe (4-wire) is the PT100 that I am looking for ?
  • How do I include the 4wpb100 between my CR1000 and AM16/32
  • I tried to include the temperature sensor (the one just above) to my AM16/32 and it shows me that I can wire up to 48 sensors where i believe the maximum was 16. Is it right ?

108 Temperature probe is differrent than your PT100. PT100 is mostlikely a 100 Ohm PRT with four wires. 108 had a fixed resistor built in so we do not need 4wpb100 with it (and it is a thermistor).

You can put the 4wpb100 on the datalogger and all the sensors will be muxed into it using the AM16/32.

If you are using a four wire measurement, only 16 sensors can be connected.
