CR1000 and MOXA TC-80 RS232 to RS485 converter

Has anyone successfully used a MOXA TCC-80 series converter with a CR1000?

I suspect the voltage levels of the CR1000 RS232 port do not work with it.

Is there any additional hardware that should be placed betwen the two devices? 

Or is there another converter that is more suitable?
