RTMC Pro file source not showing on the published web page

The data on one of my time series charts is from a data file.  The data show fine in the RTMC Pro dev page with the live data turned on, but when I go to publish the web page, the chart shows the little "exclamation" mark to signify a data problem.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Is the file in a location that the webserver has rights to?

If you have it in a user directory such as c:\users\username\documents it will not be able to access it.

If it's in a location like C:\CampbellSci\LoggerNet etc it should work.
