Problem with CR3000

We have a problem with a CR3000. The serial and ethernet port has stopped working. We wanted to know if there is any way to configure the C5 and C6 pins with Tx and Rx to be able to access the cr3000 via serial port, bearing in mind that we can not use the Dev Conf and we would have to do it from the keyboard/display

Yes, Just set the baud rate of Com3 to 115200. This should turn the port on and you can then connect to the logger using DevConfig or LoggerNet to collect the data. Via the keyboard display go to Configure, Settings -> Comports -> Com3 -> Baudrate.
