We are trying to connect over IP to a CR800 connected to a NL201 that was setup by a previous group. I keep getting the following error when trying to estibilish a connection in Loggernet:

Ye, the issue was resovled. Turns out that logger was behind a firewall and I need to access it through a VPN. The folks at Campbll Sci support were super helpful. I would recommend giving them a call.
As a side note once you do get connected use Device Config Utility to download the data rather than 'collect now' button ub the Connect Utility or you will have more issues.
