Hi,
We have an issue with our Iridium 9522B modem.
During two months of test it worked really well ( around 95% of SBD success).
We installed recently the system on the field without changing any "hard" or "soft" settings and the data transmission do not works.
Here is few lines showing the issue:

We can see two issues:
2: An error occurred while attempting to send SBD message from ISU to ESS.
2: An error occurred while attempting to perform a mailbox check or receive a message from the ESS.
Do you have any idea why it is going wrong ?
I go back to the field in October and without a solution I will have to remove the system for the winter season.

You should use AT+CSQ to check the signal level before transmitting. Last system I worked on, the customer used signal level 3 as the minimum they would attempt a transmission.
