Hi,
I've successfully done to convert TOB3 files to 1h time baled TOB1 by "File Format Convert" or "CardConvert", but some files which are overwrited across years were impossible to make time bale file for each 1 hour. After converting this file to TOB1, it just made one big file not baled.
This TOB3 file's timestamp like this:
2018-08-13 15:00:00.5
2018-08-13 15:00:00.6
......continue......
2018-08-31 23:59:59.9
2019-08-01 00:00:00
......continue......
2019-08-13 15:00:00.4
Could you please how to convert such files?

A simple Windows program called File Format Convert can be started from the Windows Start menu: Campbell Scientific | LoggerNet | Utilities | File Format Convert.
There is also a console program, toa_to_tob1.exe, that is included in the LoggerNet installation directory: C:\\Program Files\\Campbellsci\\LoggerNet\\toa_to_tob1.exe
This program must be started from a console window (command prompt), and it expects two arguments: an input file name (the first one) and an output file name (the second one).
I tried to convert TOB3 file which were from CR1000 data logger by these following ways, but all was not successfully done to convert TOB3 to TOB1 which includes two different year in timestamp.

1. TOB3 is converted to TOA5 using File Format Convert.
2. Then TOA5 is converted to time baled TOB1 using File Format Convert.

1. TOB3 is converted to TOA5 using File Format Convert.
2. Then TOA5 is converted to one TOB1 using toa_to_tob1.exe. (thanks LuceyTerry)
3. The TOB1 is baled into 1 hour using File Format Convert.

1. TOB3 is directly converted to time baled TOB1 using CardConvert.
I've successfully done using #1 for other TOB3 files which have the same year in timestamp.
I need to have separted file by 1 hour.
