Grounding connection for Cr3000 Datalogger, DSI Unit, and XCV2-RS 485 converter

Hello Everyone,

I am using CR3000 Datalogger, DSI Unit(Digital sensor interface), and XCV2-RS 485 converter.

can you tell me the grounding connection is correct or not? 

please assume colours of wire, just focus on ground connections.

Connections:

RS485 converter: 

1. Red       = +12v

2.green      = B

3.white      =   A

4.black      = Ground

5.shield     = Shield

DSI Unit

1. Red        = +12v

2.green     = B

3.white     =   A

​4.black      = Ground

5.shield     = Shield


Datalogger

  • Green      = tx com4
  • BLK_G     = CAO1        ' Confusion         
  • White     = Rx Com4
  • BLk_w     =  Ground
  • Blue         = 5V
  • Red         = SW12
  • BLK_R     = Ground
  • Green     = Ground
