Can an RF451 be configured over the RS232 port and connector on the radio if the radio has power via the DC jack? If so what is the default baud rate? I have a situation in the field where I have no USB cable to connect to the RF451. The current Active Interface for the RF451 is the RS232 port and I need to change it to the CS I/O port and need to know if I can connect to the configuration via DevConfig with a RS232 cable to accomplish this.
