CR310 SE1 - SE4 as discrete output

SE1 - SE4 terminals can be used as discrete 3.3v outputs?

Yes, those channels can be set individually to output 3.3VDC. However, the output current is very limited. The manual for the datalogger has information about the output current if you need it.

The instruction used to set the output is PortSet()
