How to use VWIRE305 with SURVEYOR software?

Hi,

I have a VWIRE305 and I want to use the SURVEYOR software to record and see the data. But when I click the '+ ADD MEEASUREMENT' button in the SURVEYOR software, it says 'No measurements available'.

I have installed the driver of the VWIRE and the SURVEYOR software can see the VWIRE305 communication port just fine.

I've also upgraded the OS of the VWIRE to the most current OS (version 6 is the latest version), but still no luck.

Does VWIRE305 compatible with SURVEYOR software...?

The VWIRE product is not compatible with Surveyor but there is software that has been written specifically for the VWIRE.  You can find a link to this in the downloads section at https://www.campbellsci.com/vwire305

Thanks for the quick feedback, really appreciate it.

I believe you are referring to DVW Tool Box? Yes I've used DVW Tool Box and it works totally fine.

I thought VWIRE is compatible with SURVEYOR because Surveyor in mentioned in the 'Video & Tutorial' section in the VWIRE305 product page, and also Surveyor is mentioned in Vwire305 pdf manual, page 12 and 13.

DVW Tool Box is great but I think it lacks the ability to display the saved data directly within the program. I have to use use a separate program (View Pro), open the saved data, then I can display the graph.

Honestly I never use Surveyor before, but is seems Surveyor has that features..? It will be nice if DVW has that ability too :)
