"WatchDog Errors" is a counter. Every time a WatchDog occurs, this counter increments. Hit the Reset simply resets the counter back to zero.
"Start Time" is the data/time when the datalogger program booted up and started running. The datalogger program will continue to run as long as it has 12V power. If your computer restarts or you turn it off, this will not affect the datalogger start time.
"Run" and "Program" Signatures are defined in the CR1000X manual, as are "Watchdog" and "Start Time", plus all the other entries in the Status table here :-
