Dear all,
we have CR800 (without etherent interface) and NL201 - is it possible to have available IP functionality (e.g. web server) and modbus serial slave functionality at the same time? If yes, ihow should be configured NL201? (bridge mode enabled/disabled...)

Bridge mode in the NL2xx type devices turns the NL device into an IP interface for the datalogger's TCP/IP stack. This would be the only way to be able to access the HTTP service on the datalogger and for the datalogger to act as a ModBus/TCP client.
Thanks for your reply. And in this case CR800 should be connected with NL201 via both serial ports (CS I/O and RS232)? Means CS I/O for HTTP service and RS232 for Modbus - dont know (and also havent found in manual) if in bridge mode NL201 forwards all traffic on both serial ports... The other possibility is to activate Modbus functionality in CR800 on CS I/O port but dont know if HTTP service and Modbus can work simultaneously on one port.
If you are using ModBus/TCP, using bridge mode over the CS I/O port is sufficient (I don't think that bridge mode over RS-232 is supported).
