Hello,
I've an old server server running windows server 2008 and I'm trying to replicate the loggernet and various datalogger installation on a newest machine (Windows server 2022 Standard).
The old machine has RTMC pro and CSI Webserver installed with a project showing collected data. There are two data sources, a remote server and a local one.
In the new machine I'm trying to replicate the same setup with RTMC pro and the same project. Hence dataloggers are local and remote
with identical configuration as in the original machine, but oddly in the new machine I can select tables (RTMC pro -> project ->
manage data sources) from the remote server only. Under localhost server source I can correctly see the dataloggers but there are no tables marked in green (the only table available is __inlocs__).
Dataloggers are CR510. As pointed out before the two machines have identical datalogger settings and the new machine has the scheduled collection enabled and is taking data, but I can't produce graphs with RTMC pro because of the missing data sources.
What can be the cause? Thanks for any help
M
A little update:
I have added a new station with cr1000 datalogger on the new machine. The same station is available on the remote server source and in the local server source. Datalogger and corresponding tables are now visible but data are not displayed in RTMC project when I pick data from local server source, and overing the mouse on the exclamation mark I can read "no data available". If I pick data from the remote server, it works just fine.
Reading some similar error report in this forum I think it could be a permission problem on my new machine. I could I activate some sort of debug? Is there some log with more detailed information about the errors?
Thanks in advance for any help
