CR1000X COMPorts

Kurt123432 Nov 4, 2024 08:18 AM

Good day,

I am managing a water flow through system and I am wanting to get the data recorded to a CR1000X. We have a variety of instruments and I have managed to get most of them connected to the datalogger, but I am now running out of ComPorts. So far I have used COMC1, COMC3, COMC5, COMC7, and the CPI port. In CRBasic editor it brings up a list of other ComPorts through the CS I/O such as the SDC options. I was wondering how I can connect using them?

Do I need to get a SC105? If so, I see it says you can connect multiple, but how would you do that?

I have also considered the SDM-SIO4A, would this be recommended and how is it connected to the datalogger?

Thanks for any assistance.
