How to setup and access http server of CR1000Xe with CELL 210 via internet?

Hi, all

I'd just setup CR1000Xe & CELL 210 in the field located far from my home.
I can access to CR1000Xe with PC400 via internet. Also I can upload my program to CR1000Xe.

However I can't access to CR1000Xe internal http server with browser with static IP address of CELL 210 .

How can I check whether the http server function of CR1000Xe is enabled ?
