New Modem BGS5 - Problem with PPP

Hello!

I've seen some other topics about problems with GPRS and PPP modem connection. The problem I'm having is somewhat different. The new modem Gemalto BGS5 model does not answer the call of several "aaaAAA". It caters only to the call of "at" or "AT". I tested with CR800 and CR300. As the datalogger is based on this format and the modem is not answering, how can I circumvent communication?
