Hi,
I work with a network of roughly 30 CS110s. Over the past couple of days, I have seen 5 different CS110s show a status code indicating an issue. The majority of these codes have been a failed charged-amplifier self-check, code 12, and one CS110 showed a status code of 544 in what was more obviously a line of bad data.
I am unsure about the legitimacy of the code 12s we have been receiving for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the manual indicates that the E-field should return NAN if a code 12 reads out, but in all cases an E-field value is received that is in line with those temporally around it. Secondly, these codes are occuring at approximately the same time on different CS110s.
Is there a suggested path to determine the legitimacy of these codes, and rectify the issue if we truly do have various CS110s intermittently failing the charged-amplifier self-check?
Thank you
