Can't retrieve program from CR1000 over CSD connection

I have a CR1000 with a Wavecom Fastrack Supreme, and am unable to retrieve the program from the CPU.

I get an error message saying that the logger does not support the operation.

I have also tried the DLD file dump from the terminal emulator, which doesn't seem to do anything! (no output at all) The other terminal options work fine though, which leaves me confused!

I am using LoggerNet (latest version). I can't use dev config as it is a remote site.

Any ideas? Will I have to go and plug my serial cable in? Could the writer have protected the file somehow? (I need to modify the program)
