Technical Monitoring Services Incorporated (TMSI) was founded in 1995 to respond to a growing need for independent, professional ambient air quality and meteorological monitoring services. TMSI offers the following services for both domestic and international projects:
- Design, construction, and installation of ambient air monitoring stations in accordance with EPA Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Guidelines
- Automation of existing air quality monitoring stations
- Data acquisition systems integration
- Ambient air data management and report preparation
- Fence-line monitoring for airborne toxic compounds
- Quality assurance audits of existing air quality and meteorological monitoring stations
- Air quality and meteorological instrumentation repair and calibration
